Took a group of 225 students there these past 4 days and, for the most part, had a great stay. The main issue was at checkin when the front desk staff had many room keys not ready, causing a 2 hour wait. That being said, rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Special mention to Dior, who really went above and beyond.

Look for john at the front desk, he’s a very cool guy with great customer service.

Quiet, clean and room was modern. Would stay here again for sure!

Rooms are nicely done; however I’m not a big fan of the shower design.

Love the location and area..The bar was good, just the waiter needs to be a little more faster than taking her time.

Outstanding service!!!! I booked through the sales office. When I say that Rosie & Joe love their jobs and it shows through service, I mean it! They exemplify why it is important to take care of your employees and employees will then take care of your customers. I had a very stressful event and the love they showed in their work wiped away all of my challenges. Then I arrived to the airport and was fumbling around with my luggage — John, cane from behind the front desk to rescue me offering help!! There was also a lady that worked the bar at breakfast that was SUPER nice and helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. That’s also a really nice plus. The bar stays active which is nice if you want to “hang out” without leaving the hotel. My experience was such, I extended my stay. I can’t wait to come back and try the Townplace Suites that’s connected.

Beautiful Hotel, Nice Lobby, single tv booths, lounge areas with large tv, computer, bar, eating, pool, basketball court, gym, laundry room. My room bed and sofa bed were very comfortable, slept well, very nice shower and mini fridge and microwave Very happy customer And will book the hotel again

The staff were very nice, and the place is beautiful. The room was good, better than I expected. However, the shower was terrible. It took forever for the water to get even slightly warm, I felt like I was going to run out of the planet’s water supply and it still wouldn’t get hot. The water pressure was also awful.

I have stayed here twice now and am very impressed. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very nice and always very clean. Special thank you to Trayvon! and John who went above and beyond! Made my stay work out perfectly!!!
